Situation
A client needed a photorealistic AI character for Instagram content testing — not just a single image, but a fully built persona that could be placed in dozens of different scenes, tools, and formats while staying unmistakably the same person. The brief called for a specific visual identity: fixed physical markers, a defined character role, and the ability to show her across different stages of her life.
Solution
I created Maya — a firefighter character with a documented visual identity: a moon tattoo on the collarbone, natural birthmarks, black hair with red streaks, and a consistent body type. Her world went further than appearance: I produced content showing Maya's childhood self, the moment her hair changed, everyday life scenes, and on-duty scenarios. Content was generated and directed across three AI systems — NanoBanana, Kling, and Seedream — with each frame cross-referenced against Maya's identity brief to keep all markers intact.
Result
A complete AI persona with a consistent visual identity across every scene, tool, and time period. Tattoo, birthmarks, hair pattern, figure — all held frame to frame. The character was delivered ready for Instagram hypothesis testing, with a full production archive covering stills, motion clips, and narrative moments.
